Inspection and Export Service Process
STEP01 Inquiry
Fill in the application form.
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
STEP02 Meeting
We’ll have video meetings, hearing all the requests and needs from you.
These can be conducted in your choice of English, Japanese, or Bengali
STEP03 Estimate / Order
We’ll proceed when we take order from you.
STEP04 Inspection Report
A daily progress report will be provided if requested.
STEP05 Shipment / Export
We can export products internationally if needed.
Delivery terms will be as decided in our meetings.
Air and ship exporting options are both available.
STEP06 Payment
An invoice and the final inspection report will be sent to you after the product delivery.
After receiving them, payment via wire transfer is required within 14 business days.

Which type of service you provide?
Our services are Inspection, Needle Detection, Packaging & cargo loading,Sourcing(OEM/ODM), Supply chain management during production and communication.
Which type of products you work with?
We work with Leather products, RMG, Footwear and Jute.
How many language options do you have?
We have 3 options; English, Japanese, Bengali.
Do you source raw material?
It's depends on the customer requirment. If they want, we can arrange.
Is it possible for you to ship products we ordered with packaging materials like boxes?
Yes. You can order boxes, cotton bags, non-woven fabric, manuals. We are also available for gift pack according to customer requirment.
What quality standard you follow?
We ensure Japnese quality standard by following KAIZEN, 5s and by using Japanese machineries.
What is the minimum number of unit orders acceptable?
We can start with 500 units for inspection and for sourcing / production we can start with 50-100 units (per colour & design) if you use available materials in our stock.
I’m new to this type of business and there are many details I may be unaware of. Is this a problem?
We have experiences in making equitable deals with customers that had never had any trading experience. We will take an initiative, so you have nothing to worry about.
Could you make a sample without blueprint?
Yes. First, you can send a product you would like us to refer to, then we will modify it based on your needs.
What shipping options do you have?
We have 2 options; cargo ship & airplane
Europe: 22~25 days via cargo ship, 2~4 days via airplane
Australia: 22~25 days via cargo ship, 3~4 days via airplane
The US: about 30 days via cargo ship, 3~6 days via airplane
Japan: 26~28 days via cargo ship, 2~4 days via airplane
Korea: 26~28 days via cargo ship, 1~3 days via airplane
China: 10~15 days via cargo ship, about 1 day via airplane
Africa:about 45 days via cargo ship, 4~5 days via airplane
What payment options do you have?
We have 2 options; L/C and T/T. In case of T/T, we would kindly ask you a 50% payment in advance.
Will there be an added tariff fee added when the products are sent from Bangladesh?
